Ariadna Puig in the offices of Adecco

The Adecco Group, a world leader company in human resources management, in its commitment to attract and foster the talent of young people, convened last February, for the fifth consecutive year, ‘CEO for a month’. Through this initiative, the company focuses its attention on young people and offers them the opportunity to be CEO of the group for one month, in each of the 47 countries involved in the initiative, of the 60 in which it is present.

Our partner Ariadna Puig, Co-Founder and CCO of uHandle, has been chosen as CEO For One Month of Adecco Spain. During this period of time, Ariadna will accompany Iker Barricat, current general director of the Adecco Group in Spain, will share his frenetic agenda, traveling to different countries, attending meetings, actively participating in international conferences, preparing and developing presentations before committee members manager and managing a team of almost 2,000 people.

Ariadna has been selected from more than 15,500 participants in Spain who signed up for the process at the beginning of the year. Subsequently, the best prepared candidates were in Madrid, where, in an assessment with 43 participants, they had to face tough selection tests with Adecco consultants, such as an escape room, group dynamics and a talent game. Among all the talented young people, four became semifinalists and attended the final test: Mónica Gómez, Ignacio Yágüez, Alejandro Sastre and Ariadna Puig. After several interviews with human resources experts and another with the current CEO of Adecco Spain, Iker Barricat, Ariadna has been the young woman chosen to become CEO of Adecco for a month!

For Ariadna, “Adecco’s CEO for One Month selection process has been a journey full of challenges, learning and fun. On the one hand, I have been able to meet young and incredible people, eager to change the world and leave a mark. On the other hand, through the variety of tests and tests from which I constantly received feedback, this experience has allowed me to know myself a little better and to be aware of both my strengths and my weaknesses. I face this month that is coming with great desire and enthusiasm, sure that I still have much to learn and even more to contribute.”

On behalf of all her uHandle colleagues, we wish her all the best and we hope she enjoys this unique experience!
